Gents Knife

Please Answers!!!! Any advice on this ladies or gents??? C’mon ppl I know u been there done that!?

Okay so i work with 2 females that dnt get along and I get along with the both of them, but one in particular walks around with a shitty attitude and so much hate that it’s really starting to change the way I look at her. Everyday these 2 have words and i work in a very small office (only 4 of us) so the tension is so thick EVERYDAY u can cut it with a knife and it’s getting old and I’m sooo over it. I don’t think this is fair to me! Oh well you don’t like each other congratulations, but why do we all have to suffer??? any advice?

Tell Shitty Attitude that her behavior is affecting your relationship with her. Let her know that you value both friendships, but that if her behavior forces you to make a choice, her anger and the tension that is created by it will be the deciding factor. It may well cause your friendship to be damaged, but it doesn’t sound like there’s really much there to lose.
