if you swallowed a switch blade by accident and it opened in your intestine how would they get it out?

OK imagine your at wild part and one your friend is dancing on the table and the switch blade from his pocket falls into your drink witch you then immediately gulp down in a toast because your too drunk to notice it (that’s the best way I can come up with for that to actually happen) then a few days later maybe a ball hits you in the belly or you just move awkwardly and it flicks the switch and makes the retractable blade come out in your intestine and your in a lot of pain
if all that actually happened and they’d already given you a X ray so the doctors new it happened, how would they get it out? would they surgically remove it or would they try and scope it out some how?

They would get it out during your autopsy. What a strange question.
