Swedish to English translation PLEASE?
Okay so it’s my birthday today and my friend wrote me a short poem. Except he wrote it in Swedish. He’s being mean and not telling me what it means so could someone please translate it for me? I don’t know anyone else who speaks Swedish. Bear in mind that we have a few personal jokes which he may have written about, so it might not make sense to you

Du är så långt borta, jag önskar du var här
Många mil oss skiljer, men nära dock vi är.
Mitt hjärtat har ett rum som bara är för dig.
Och var jag nu än går så finns du här hos mig.

My friend IS Swedish. And it was me that made the typo, not him. He wrote it on paper and i typed it up so i could get someone to translate it because the online translators are usually no good. So yes, it was supposed to be **HJÄRTA
