whats a quick remedy to get fibreglass splinters out of a swollen hand?

I got splinters in my hand from a fibreglass mop handle and now my hand is swollen severly. Is there anything I can soak my hand in or use to get the fibreglass splinters out?

Swelling is a sign of a global infection, not a local one you probably should see a doctor.
