Fiber Knife
I would like to buy this knife, is it illegal in California?

i know from the price it wont be the most durable, i just want a collector’s item. so is this knife safe to have around and not get arrested for in California?
I don’t know where Zachary gets his information, since there are no laws such as he describes in California. However, that is clearly a switchblade knife, and it is illegal to sell, carry on your person, or in a vehicle in a public place. (Switchblades are legal only with blades under 2″ long.) Pen C 653k. I guess you could frame it–but you could not legally get it to your house!
