I don’t know the name of the knife but go for a accidental find. Like maybe he steps on the handle of it and picks it up. Maybe he is searching for something and finds it buried under a pile of important papers or in a jewelry box. Maybe it was his victims in the first place. hmm.. maybe it was in a shadow box of memories, like an antique. Best of luck!.
