Can President elect Barack reverse Bush executive orders right away when he takes office?

These executive orders allowing more water pollution by farms, land auctions by the Bureau of Land Management so close to national parks such as Arches National Park in Utah and letting power companies increase emissions? Also, is it time for new laws in regard to the Bureau of Land Management to protect our Wilderness areas and wildlife? especially wild horses!

most likely obama will do the things you suggest, of course it means higher prices and hardship for people but at least a few mange eaten useless mustangs can continue to use valuable land.
