Executive Swiss

Does Swiss Chalet, or Kelseys, or Jack Astors have executive chefs?
I’m wondering if any well known family restaurants have executive chefs, or sous chefs, OR if they have just a bunch of chefs that are equal?
There management is based on Kitchen Managers, I am a former chef, and though I never worked for them, I did have a friend for years who was one of 4 regional corporate chefs for Ontario, each has there own, they do not interchange, if your a trained chef or have done an apprenticeship and want to work for them, they prefer someone with a bit of managerial background, I am not only a certified Sous Chef, I also in 1987 went back to George Brown College in Toronto and did the Culinary Management course.
