Edged Blade

Where can I buy a kitchen kife with a taper ground blade wth a fine edge?

Im not a Chef or anything, but i have a knife that has these markings on it. Its my favorite knife but its 4 years old so i want to buy an other one. My ant gave it to me a while back but we aren’t in talking terms at the moment lol. So any help will be appreciated, thx.

Any quality chef’s knife will do. The key is finding on that is comfortable to work with you for you.

Many home cooks like to buy an expensive, high quality knife and take care of it so it lasts years and years. I tend to buy a more moderately prices knife, use it until it gets nicked and dull, then buy a new one. That’s just me being honest with myself – I love to cook, but I’m not so great at cleaning up (who is though??)
