LGBT: Why do people call Eminem a homophobe?
Whoever thinks Criminal is a homophobic song because he says “my words are like a dagger with a jagged edge, that will stab you in the head whether you a f*g or a lez, homosex, hermaph, transavest, hate f*gs? answers yes” they OBVIOUSLY have never heard the song Criminal if they think that he’s being homophobic…
Listen to the song Criminal, if you think thats homophobic. Just listen to the first thing he says right before he says that about LGBT people…. he was being sarcastic…
Eminem went out of his way to show the world he isn’t a homophobe by preforming with Elton John… a person who’s really a homophobe wouldn’t do that. They say “f*ck what the gays think” and move on.
i LOVE eminem. to a certain degree he is a homophobe… but he disses everyone in his music… including himself. i don’t usually like rap… but i love his lyrics. i love most of his music… but i LOVE his relapse and refill and recovery work.
the elton john thing… yeah… i’m not sure why he did that. i’m surprised he didn’t say no to preforming ‘stan’ with him. i like the dido version better.
