Defender II Bowie, by Frost cutlery, is it a good knife?

I bought it for $20 at a garage sale. I think i got what i paid for, but i thought i’d ask here to make sure. Is this a sh!t knife?

Low carbon steel.
It will bend easy
It will rust easy
It will not hold a sharp edge for very long
Not a quality knife
20 bucks might be a fair price, but 35 isn’t.
