Any good custom knife makers left?

Well, I’m only 15 but I’ve always wanted a knife that would be somewhat personal, you know, a lot of knives that people cherish the most came from their dad or gramps. My grandpa died when i was too young to get a knife and my dad doesn’t really have any old knives as far as I know. Like I said before, I just want a knife that isn’t produced 1000 at a time, something special. I’ve looked online but all the sites for custom makers I’ve found are from like 2003 and I don’t think they are still around. As you can probably guess, I don’t have a TON of money, but I might have enough.
