Crkt Knife

I am looking at a new knife and Ihave a few knives in mind, its the crkt hissatsu folder and delegate?
I camp at least once a month and will be using this knife once a month. I like these knives and i would like to know only about these knives. I asked a question similar to this but I made the mistake of saying i was a boyscout. The people who think they know everything start to tell me the worst answer they could have told me. I got one review that wasn’t as bad as the worst. They answered like I havent been a boyscout for five years, like I dont need an assist open I need a buck knife or a swiss army knife. This is not a good answer, i would just like the answer about these knives thanks guys.
I’ve looked at, but not bought the hissatsu. I use a delegate EDC as one of my every day knives ( there are three others).
I’ve never had a quality, or sharpness problem with a CRKT, and I’ve owned many.
The delegate is a little on the small side, with a very thin, hollow ground blade that is as sharp as a razor when new, but may be too delicate as a woodcraft knife. While it fits my hand well, its on the smallish side. The opening is right-hand only and very quick.
It is sharper than any swiss Army knife could ever dream of being, and only a lot of hand sharpening got my Buck 110 to approach the edge on ANY of my CRKTs.
As an EDC knife, its a good choice, but as a camping or woodcraft knife it may be too small for a lot of things.
The Hissastsu really is a down-sized fighting knife (its a miniature wakizashi), and while it might make a good filet knife, that’s not really the point of it. if you want a tanto-type blade in a more durable and usable shape, get an M-16-14SF.
I hope I was at least a little helpful.
