Colt Signature

I have a signed Redskins hat from about 2003, but I’m not sure who it’s signed by?

I won a signed Redskins hat at a school auction about 5 years ago, so it was either the end of 2003, or beginning of 2004. Might have been longer ago, but definitely no later than 2004. It had been sitting in my closet for a long time, and I had taken it out, but I forgot who signed it. The number is either 15 or 5. I can’t make out the name from the signature at all. I’ve added a picture so you can get a better look.

It looks like it is Brett Conway. Conway was the kicker for the Redskins from 1999-2002. He wore #5. The letter B is clearly seen and underneath that it looks like a name that starts with a C and ends with a Y. That would be my guess. Good luck.
