Which cell phone provider would activate the Motorola Classic II?

I want to buy and activate the classic II, i think it would be a good joke while all these people have brand new phones, and i whip this brick phone out of my pocket.

if you buy an unlocked one, any provider except sprint/nextel, verizon, and us cellular will activate it.
