what is a modern samurai katana that is most authentic to the swords pre dating the meiji era?

i’m wanting to know who makes the most accurate/authentic samurai katana and i’m of course asking in the means of company like paul-chen, bushido, or cold steel.

I saw something on tv about that. There are only a few people left in Japan that still make them the traditional way. They cost if i remember correctly at very least $10,000 US and take about a year to make because they are hand made. I dont know if they have a website or not.
