Is it legal to raise a Cheetah cub?

My family desperatly wants to raise a Cheetah cub at home. Is that legal and possible in Maryland?

yes and it should be. It is a wild animal and should not be raised as a pet. Why do you want to do that anyway? You do know that its going to grow, and potentially hurt you. Keep wild animals where they belong in the wild
