Can Asylum applicant’s case proceeding in court join college in USA? what are the benefits of this case?

What is his Status? How can he join college in US?Will he be able to pay resident fee?

an interesting question, although you don’t mention what your status was if any when you originally applied for asylum. if you don’t have any status now, you won’t get student status by being admitted to a school. how much time do you have before your court date? if you had been approved for asylum, you probably would be eligible for resident fees. But since you haven’t, and you don’t appear to have any other status, you won’t be eligible. other than being able to attend class while you wait for your court date, there won’t be any other benefits.
