Does anyone know how the test case regarding HALIFAX banking charges is progressing?

I got hit with a £35 charge yesterday.

The case has been found in the plaintiff’s favour (as of April 24th) but as usual the banks are appealing- however this should not stop you from WRITING to your bank, informing them that you intend to make a claim concerning their exhorbitant charges- once the appeal has been heard and the law lords make a decision, then you have already made the first move at getting some of your charges back- If you really want to wind the banks up, send a self addressed stamped envelope with your letter requesting an update as to how they intend to proceed about your claim
