I have the Butt cap from a LAX stick stuck inside of me please help.?

Ok, so im openly gay, just wanted to put that out their before i start. This week im back home visiting my family. My little brother plays lacrosse and we watched some games today. Later that night i wanted to be thrilled in my familys house, just to get that kinda rush ya know? Well after everyone went to sleep i took my little bros lacrosse stick and starting sticking the back end into my anus. It got about 8 inches in thier then i thought i heard my mom coming down the stairs but it was my dog so i pulled the stick really fast out my ass. I guess the little cap on the end got pulled off and well its 8 inches inside my anus. I can feel it in thier, so right now im in the hottub trying to make any noise, and trying to give my self an enema and get the end cap out of my self but it isnt working.
