Do hotels mind if you bring alcohol?

Ok so im throwing a surprise birthday party at the OMNI (in a suite) for my boyfriend who will be 21. Of course, alchol will be served there. My question is: Is it easy to get alcohol in a hotel? and Do hotels really mind if you bring it in? Like i spent 500 bucks on this place so I feel i should get my money’s worth and that the hotel shouldnt mind. what do you think? any personal experiences?

Pretty much all hotels with room service sell alcohol through room service. I’ve never done it. They may card you on delivery, but if he’s 21 it won’t matter. This is usually $$$ since it will be around $7 per glass of wine + delivery fee + some ridiculous gratuity %.

There is no restriction on bringing alcohol in, but some hotels may not allow parties. If it’s the 2 of you that is not an issue. If you get loud and another room complains you may get a visit from hotel security.
