Brown Bone
Hi, i would like to sear a t-bone steak (1 inch) on a hot pan to give some brown colour then finish in oven?
I just want to know:
1. how long it has to be sealed on the pan on each side?
2. what temperature does the oven have to be?
3. also, what are the different cooking times for the different degrees of doneness (in the oven)?

well the pan has to be literally smokin’ hot. as far as how long you just have to wait until it’s not stuck to the pan at least 3 minutes I believe
