Where can I find a custom-made katana?

Does anyone know where I can find a katana with:
grey saya
grey tsuka ito (matching colour)
black sageo
black same
and silver or black habaki, (silver coloured brass preferred, real silver’s expensive)
The blade should have bo-hi and the handle should be slightly narrowed. Length 2.50 shaku.
Durable and practical.

but this sword is not a $2000 one but they are a good buy
