To support American economy which car to buy? Foreign brand built in USA or USA brand build in Mexico? ?

I am specifically interested what is the percentage of money which country goes:
1) Toyota built in Japan.
2) Toyota built in California.
3) Ford built in Michigan.
4) Ford built in Mexico.
If let say profits from Toyota built in California go 50% Japan and 50% USA and Ford built in Mexico go 50% Mexico 50% USA, than for me as American patriot no any sense to buy Ford.

Once you get past taxes and the dealership cut of the money the money goes back to the companies home country as that’s where the majority of the design, sales, marketing, management, etc is done. Assembly provides only a few jobs and little of the total money.

3. All money stays in the US.
4. Most money stays in the US.
