Was/Is David Bowie a Christian, or does he have some Christian beliefs?

I know that he has explored other things such as Buddhism and the occult in the past. But his words in his song “Word on a Wing” seem to suggest that he was seeking Christ at that time, whether consciously or otherwise. He continues to carry a silver crucifix with him since then to the present day.
He also said the Lord’s Prayer on stage in 1992 at a Freddy Mercury tribute concert, it seemed very genuine to me. Some people say he’s an atheist, I know his son is, but I don’t think David is judging by all of this.
He also apparently had music for both his supposed Christian beliefs and for Iman, who is a Muslim, at their wedding.
