Is there anyway to repair a Wooden Bokken?

the bokken was accidentally stepped on and snapped about 3/4 up. Where it snapped, it is diagonally shaped. Is there ANY possible way to fix this? Super glue, glue gun, etc. PLEASE!

No. You will need to replace it and it would be advisable to buy a good one as they should be well able to take the rigors of kenjutsu’s strikes and blocks, parries, etc.

Ones made of oak and hickory are usually very reliable and strong if treated properly.

One should lightly sand the bokken and rub it down with walnut or other oil and then wipe off the excess once a year.
