How do I make a blunt fringe go into a kind of flicky side fringe whilst keeping the blunt fringe?

I had my hair cut into a blunt fringe but I’m getting bored of it & I’m not sure if I wan’t to grow it out just yet to I can sometimes wet the tips of the fringe and then use the hairdryer at an angle & that sometimes works or I can use small grips but that looks a bit strange. Does anybody know how to do it without fail??

Use a razor to shape your fringe, and do so vertically.
