Blue Knife

Please someone interpret this dream for me I keep dreaming of me blue almost dead with knife wounds all over?

my back and then i dreamed i was laying in the er ambulance brought me in i was blue broken ropes around my wrists and a knife would to my throat. Why am i dreaming such horrible dreams? What do they mean? Im always just wearing jeans and thats it. I just want to know what they mean. Can someone interpret them for me? I used to be depressed and suicidal but im not anymore why am i dreaming this i have the dream over and over again and again.
