BLEACH Sword making?

Hey im a big fan of bleach! I would like tips on how to make a D.I.Y zanpakto or like zambimaru ,zangetsu…….. pls help!

I don’t have personal experience with making cosplay swords, but you can check out the forums at www.cosplay.com

They’ve got a huge community, and I’m sure there are many people there who’ve already asked this before. Do a search on how to make swords, and I’m sure many topics will come up.
