Unplug the saw (duh), there should be a button in the front of the saw that you depress to lock the blade from spinning, put the saw wrench (or whatever wrench fits, if you lost the saw wrench) on the bolt and turn it clockwise to loosen. When you put the new blade on, make sure the kerf is following the clockwise rotation, then lock the motor with the button, thread the bolt back on counter-clockwise, and tighten.
