Sharp Black Hair Instantly after shaving?

I think im the hairest person ever! Im 15 and I got hair everywhere and alot of it. Okay so I shaved my stomach today because it looked very nasty with all the hair on it so I shaved it in the shower. After shaving I wet it, my stomach looked like it was hairless. Within looking away and wetting my stomach tiny black hairs instantly popped up. When i rub my stomach I can feel them. I seen guys who have just a little bit of hair on their stomach below their belly button. Why am I getting a hairy stomach and why cant I shave them off like a normal person? I also used After-Shave. The hair is still sharp and my stomach isnt smooth at all.

You’re not the only one to go through this… i know this is gonna sound horrible but have you ever tried getting waxed. It really isn’t so bad. The first time will kind of hurt and burn, but the more you do it the less it hurts. with shaving you are just cutting the same hair over and over and it lays right at the surface of the skin so that is why it gets thick and stubbly. When you wax you are taking the entire hair out leaving nothing. The hair has to actually regrow and it takes longer to grow back as well as the fact that it will be softer because new hair isn’t thick and coarse
