Black Scabbard

I want to make a ninja halloween costume. Can you help me?

I already have a black shirt and pants, i was going to wrap these two red long scarves up my arm in a criss cross pattern until it reaches the sleeve of the shirt and were black pants. I have a face thing but i need help making a “scabbard” to go on my back so that i can have a fake weapon to pull out how would i do that? I hope im not confusing anyone who reads this!

There are two different ways to make a scabbard.

One is a just find a ring of any kind that is big enough for your weapon and just put it on a belt.
The other is probably better.

Find some toilet paper or paper towel rolls and tape them together. Then cut two holes in it, to strap a string or belt on it to go on your back and shoulder. Then decoracte it however you please.
