Where is the best place to buy a plain black jacket?

I am looking for a plain black jacket for my boyfriend.
It can have white strings, or white zipper. I don’t care about that.I just want it to be mostly plain.
I was thinking about maybe going to Tilly’s, but i don’t know if that would be the best place since i just want it to be plain. Any better stores out there?
