Black Nylon

Black nylons with a black dress?

I am going to a fancy birthday party, and I hurt my back so I am planning on wearing a simple black dress with plain black ballerina flats. To dress it up a bit, would it be a good idea to wear black nylons?
Any other suggestions would be great!

As a guy ; I can promise you that guys appreciate a girl wearing a black dress with black nylons so…..yes….I think it is not only appropriate but is also very attractive.
