Black Blue

From personal experiience what is the best blue black hair dye?

I want an intense blue, but very black. Something permanent and vibrant and I need to know which brand to buy. I was thinking of mixing blue black with a little dark blue? Any help is welcome!! I am having my mom do it for me. I just want it to be a striking color. Thanks to those answer! Just something I can buy in a store.

Bigen Blue Black hair dye but you will need a high moisture deep conditioner because it tends to dry out the hair
