How much does a tattoo hurt on your shoulder blade and does color ink hurt more than black ink.?

color ink and black ink do not differ in pain levels. some people say black ink is thicker. that’s not true. all ink is the same consistency. it just hurts more when you have shading and filling in done because they switch from using two needles for the outline to using 5 or more to fill in/shade. and when i got my tattoo done, it felt like someone was holding a flame to where i was getting it. my friend said his felt like a bunch of bee stings. but he got it on his arm. areas w/ very little body fat will hurt more than places like your leg or your arm.
