How to remove anodized paint off rims?

i wanan remove the red part and paint it black.
so itll be solid black rims
If they are aluminum use muratic acid. You can get that from Lowe’s hardware. It only takes 10 min. then rinse with clean water and then use an emery cloth to wipe the paint off. The acid takes the plastic clear coating. When paint it use a primer that is compatible with the metal the rims are made of and use car touch up paint (spray can).
