Bark River

How deep is the River Thames in the Barking/Thamesmead area?

Give the deepness in a measurement, and can somebody drown in the Barking part of River Thames if that person is a swimmer?

I’m sure you could drown eventually even if you were a strong swimmer, but I think it’s more likely that you’d freeze to death or you’d get poisoned first.
