What’s the name of the comedian who continuously names candy bar names on Bob & Tom?

I was listening to bob & Tom on the radio once, and there was this guy who, in a low, southern voice, kept naming candy bar names. I don’t think it was Steven Wright. Can you give a link to a video or audio recording if possible?
