How do you make your menu bar in leopard black with the text and icons white? Kind of like inverting it?

I am trying to make my menu bar on my macbook pro black and the text and battery signs, calender, airport icon, etc. white. Kind of like inverting them. My roommate did it without an applictaion and had the instructions but lost them and I’ve been looking alll over the web for an answer but can’t fine one. Help? =]
