- what black? you mean the akatsuki clothings? then after he killed Itachi, after Madara talked to him about Itachi’s true intentions.

- Kakashi—not yet, but the other two yes.

- i think so, after Naruto beat him.

- Sasuke is not really evil. He’s an avenger and he’ll take up any
power he could get. He went to train under Orochimaru after the
chuunin exam, after Naruto proved to be stronger than him so he got
jealous.

In Shippuden does Sai-san really join Orochimaru?
- nope.

Who else important dies?
- Jiraiya died ;(
- also Itachi (and the other akatsukis who are cool, they are all cool)
