*10 points* Ideas for my Girl Scout Leadership Role (15 Hours) in order to complete my Girl Scout Silver Award?

I’m working on my Girl Scout Silver Award, and one of the steps is to spend 15 hours by “using your leadership skills. Spend 15 hours in one or more leadership roles. Some Ideas: -Assist in the leadership of younger children. You can do this in Girl Scouts or someplace else. -Talk to the volunteers who serve Girl Scouts in your area and plan a trip or special event that will include some girls you’ve never met.”

Could you help out with a girl/boy scout group that works with a younger age group? Or help out at a school if they have any after curricular activities for younger students! Or maybe you could work with your scout leaders about your spending time with a group of young girls who are almost the age to enter girl scouting and you can explain all about scouting to them and then you’ll be promoting the girl scout group as well as doing your award!
