How can I get Sims 3 on Blackberry Bold for free?

My Muggle neighbor has this predicament and has asked me to assist her. She writes:
“I found Sims 3 in the games folder on my relatively new Blackberry Bold; however, it was not installed. Is this game free? If it isn’t, what is a RELIABLE way to get this game on my phone without getting a virus or getting arrested?”

Sims 3 isn’t a free game. She’s looking at spending typically $7-10. Since it isn’t free, your friend would be asking you to help her steal something, which makes you an accessory. I’d tell her to spend the ten bucks.
