Can someone refer me to examples of US Army Letter?

My mother who is civilian working for hotel 10yrs has recently got fired. On her behalf as her son now in the US Army, i am trying to help her out with this situation. I Want to write the EEOC a proffessional US Army letter with a header, Army symbol, Signature block, and any special characters needed. Can anyone show me an example on a website?

Being in the Army should not and will not have any bearing on her retaining her job or not. Furthermore, trying to use your position in the Army for personal gain is not only wrong, it is against Army regulations. Using Army letterheads for non official (i.e. personal) business is against regulations as stated in AR 25-30, The Army Publishing Program. Scroll down to page 55, paragraph 7-7, part a, section (1) which I have outlined below.

(1) Letterhead stationery will be used for official written correspondence in response to actions external to the agency or command.
