Fast drying all purpose spray enamel on metal surface?

I’m planning to paint my wiper arms today and all i have is this Fast Drying all purpose spray enamel (Quik Color brand). I know enamels are glossy but do you think i can use it for my wiper arms? like would it stay long or is it any good for metal surfaces?

If it says for metals, you’re fine. If it says exterior, you’ll be fine.
